Weekly rate all inclusive i.e. bed and bath linen, beach towels, water, gas, electricity, internet, Wi-Fi, Cable TV and end-cleaning.
January, February, March, November and December - € 750.-
April - € 850.-
May and October - € 950.-
June and September - € 1,150.-
July and August - € 1,350.-
Payment
30% of total rental up-front to secure the booking. Balance 6 weeks before arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
12 weeks or more before check-in = 100% refund
Between 12 and 6 weeks before check-in = 50% refund
Less than 6 weeks before check-in = 0% refund
